Printable anti-fog POF crosslinking film adopts three-layer co-extrusion radiation crosslinking process (PP/PE/PP), thickness 15-25μm, heat shrinkage 65%-75% longitudinally and 25%-35% horizontally (ASTM D2732), light transmittance ≥ 93% (haze ≤ 2%), anti-fog grade A. Surface by corona treatment (dyne value ≥ 35mN/m), support 12-color high-definition printing (resolution ≥ 175 lines), adapted to -50 ℃ frozen to 121 ℃ cooking scenarios, positioning anti-fog coating coating technology to maintain the strength of the heat sealing ≥ 25N/15mm, bag breakage rate of ＜0.01%, through the FDA, EU 10/2011 food contact certification, the carbon footprint compared to the PVC film reduced by 70%.
