Iron based nanocrystalline strip is an iron-based soft magnetic alloy materials with nanocrystalline structures (grain size ~10nm). With excellent soft-magnetic properties such as high saturation flux density (Bs), high permeability, and low core loss, it is widely used in electrical power, industrial power supply, renewable energy, railway & transportation, consumer electronics, wireless charging, etc.
The thickness of iron based nanocrystalline strip is 14-26 microns (measured thickness), and the width is 2-80mm. It can be used to produce various magnetic components such as iron cores, devices, or shielding sheets, which can well meet the performance requirements of high frequency and low loss, and help electronic devices develop towards high frequency, miniaturization, and lightweight.
