Road Joint Sealant is a road‑repair polymer‑modified asphalt material, divided into hot‑applied type and cold‑applied type. Hot‑applied products need to be heated by crack pouring machine before construction, while cold‑applied products can be poured directly without heating. This product fills cracks on asphalt and concrete pavements. It seals gaps to block rainwater, snow‑melt water and sediment from penetrating into pavement base layers. Water infiltration will cause base‑layer softening, subgrade settlement and further expansion of pavement cracks.

Hot‑applied solid crack sealant: Each 25 kg block is packed inside PE inner plastic bag, then put into woven polypropylene outer bag. Multiple woven bags are stacked on wooden pallet, wrapped by stretch film to prevent moisture and dust during transit.
Cold‑applied liquid crack sealant: Fill into 200 kg closed metal drum; each drum is fitted with sealed rubber gasket at lid position to avoid liquid leakage. Metal drums are arranged on wooden pallet and secured by plastic strapping belt..
