Product Detail
Zirconia ceramic roller is a ceramic material with ZrO2 as the main crystalline phase. ZrO2 has a melting point of 2700 ℃ and three crystal forms: monoclinic, tetragonal, and cubic. Its phase transition temperatures are 1100 ℃ and 2370 ℃, respectively. The transition from tetragonal to monoclinic crystal system is accompanied by significant volume expansion, resulting in microcracks during the cooling process after firing. Generally, CaO, MgO, Y2O3, and other stabilizers are used to produce stable ZrO2 or partially stable zirconia (PSZ). Zirconia ceramics have high toughness, good wear resistance, high bending strength, and excellent thermal insulation properties, and even have an expansion coefficient close to that of metals.
