High strength UHMWPE rope is a super smooth and sensitive rope made of UHMWPE high-strength polyethylene fiber and then reinforced with thread reinforcement technology. it is the lightest and strongest high-performance fiber in the world, with a diameter of 55% of nylon or polyester rope and 45% of polypropylene rope when the weight is less than 1/8 of steel cable with the same diameter and strength. The rope is impregnated with wear-resistant resin, which makes it super wear-resistant, low elongation, anti-aging, corrosion resistant and other remarkable characteristics.
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fibers can also float on water, resist the corrosion of most chemicals, have excellent UV resistance, are not affected by salt content, and do not absorb water. Due to the softness and lightness of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber rope, it helps to reduce the physical workload of the crew, greatly reducing the pain and injuries on the back and hands of the crew. Due to the low elongation of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber ropes, there is almost no potential risk of rebound damage in the event of mooring rope breakage.
